Refused, or received an RFI?
A request from IRCC is your chance to respond properly. A refusal can often be answered with a reconsideration request or a stronger re-application. Move quickly, and get it right.
We help with
Refusal letters are short. The officer's notes usually tell the full story — and that's where a strong response begins.
We read the refusal and the GCMS notes to find out exactly what the officer wasn't satisfied with.
Procedural-fairness letters and requests for information, answered completely, on time and on point.
A new application that fixes what went wrong — not one that repeats it.
Reconsideration requests where they're justified, and clear advice on your options and deadlines.

Received a letter from IRCC?
Procedural-fairness letters and requests for information come with a response date — often a short one. A missed deadline can close the door, and a rushed answer can make things worse.
How it works
Your refusal or request, and a copy of what you filed.
We read the letter, get the GCMS notes if needed, and compare them with your file.
Respond, request reconsideration or re-apply — with the honest odds.
A complete, consistent submission prepared by a regulated consultant.
Common reasons
We don't guarantee outcomes — no one ethically can — but we give your file its strongest possible chance.
"I got an excellent service from here. They handled my complicated case very well and helped me in every possible way."Sarb Saundh · Client
GCMS notes are the officer's record of your file. They often reveal the real reason for a refusal, which is essential for building the right response. We can help you request and interpret them.
It depends on why you were refused and what has changed. We review your file and recommend the route most likely to succeed.
A court challenge (judicial review in the Federal Court) has strict deadlines: 15 days for a decision made in Canada and 60 days for one made outside Canada. We don't take cases to court, but we can assess your refusal, tell you which deadlines apply, and help with a reconsideration request or a stronger re-application.
Quickly — especially when there's a deadline. Send us your letter as soon as you receive it.
You must disclose past refusals, and officers will see them. A refusal that's properly addressed in your next application is far less damaging than one that's ignored.
