What we do

One partner for the whole hire.

Most hiring problems come from the gaps between recruitment, the LMIA and the work permit. We close them by running all three.

Recruitment & selection

Access to pre-screened, work-ready candidates through our licensed Alberta employment agency.

LMIA applications

Advertising, recruitment reporting, wage analysis and the submission to ESDC.

Work-permit support

Your new hire's work-permit application, prepared to match the LMIA and the job offer.

AAIP pathways

Helping the workers you want to keep toward permanent residence through Alberta's streams.

Compliance

Keeping your hiring inspection-ready under the Temporary Foreign Worker and International Mobility programs.

Officer calls & requests

We prepare you for ESDC officer calls and answer requests for information on your behalf.

Why employers choose us

Done correctly the first time.

A refused LMIA costs you the advertising period, the processing time and the candidate. An inspection finding can cost far more. A regulated, accountable consultant on your file reduces both risks.

  • ✓ Wages checked against the current median for your occupation and region.
  • ✓ Low-wage caps, regional restrictions and stream rules checked before you advertise.
  • ✓ Recruitment records kept the way officers ask for them.
  • ✓ Job offers and contracts consistent across every document.

How it works

From vacancy to new hire.

Step

Hiring consultation

The role, the wage, the location and your timeline — and whether an LMIA is the right route.

Step

Recruitment & advertising

Advertising to current ESDC rules, with every Canadian applicant tracked and considered.

Step

LMIA submission

A complete application with wage and recruitment evidence.

Step

Positive LMIA

We support you through officer calls and any follow-up requests.

Step

Worker's work permit

Your hire applies, with a file built to match the LMIA.

Step

Onboarding & beyond

Arrival, compliance for the life of the permit, and a PR pathway for key staff.

Processing times vary by stream and occupation, and TFWP rules change regularly (as of 2026). We give you a realistic timeline before you commit.

Keep the people you hire

A pathway to PR for your key workers.

Workers who can see a future stay longer. Alberta's Opportunity and Rural Renewal streams depend on an established Alberta employer who supports the nomination — that support is one of the strongest retention tools you have.

  • ✓ We check that your business meets Alberta's employer requirements — including time operating in Alberta.
  • ✓ We confirm which workers are eligible, in writing.
  • ✓ We prepare the employer documents the province asks for.
  • ✓ We prepare and file the worker's AAIP application and PR application.

Questions

Employer FAQs.

Tell us about the role and we'll tell you the fastest compliant route to filling it.

Request a hiring consultation
Do I need an LMIA to hire a foreign worker?

Often, but not always. Some workers are LMIA-exempt — intra-company transferees, trade-agreement professionals, or people who already hold an open work permit. We'll tell you which applies.

How long does it take?

It depends on the stream, the occupation and the worker's country. Advertising alone takes weeks. We give you a realistic timeline at the consultation.

Who pays the recruitment fees?

The employer. Workers are never charged a placement fee for recruitment.

What happens if ESDC inspects us?

Inspections check that you've kept the promises made in the LMIA — wages, hours, duties and working conditions. We help you stay inspection-ready and respond if an inspection comes.

Can you help a worker I already employ get PR?

Very often, yes — through Express Entry or Alberta's employer-supported streams. See the Alberta pathway.
