What you will do

Take drink orders from guests and servers; mix, pour and serve beer, wine, spirits and cocktails to standard.
Check identification and serve responsibly under Alberta liquor rules.
Run the bar till, process payments and balance the float.
Keep the bar, glassware and equipment clean; restock and track inventory.
Look after guests seated at the bar and support servers during rushes.

What we are looking for

Bartending experience in a bar, pub, restaurant or hotel.
ProServe certification (Alberta) is required before your first shift.
Evenings, weekends and late nights.
